Refund Policy
This policy has been structured having regard to Covid 19 or other factors which may be but not necessarily are beyond the control of the Rotary Club of Calgary at Stampede Park.
The policy is as follows:
- For the event which is scheduled October 20, 2021, all tickets/sponsorships are non-refundable. They are transferable to another person 18 years of age or older.
- In the even of cancellation of the event, all funds will be refunded.
- In case of the event being postponed or rescheduled, the ticketholder has the right to a refund or to transfer the monies to attend the rescheduled event.
