Welcome to your one stop site for all things related to the Rotary Club of Calgary at Stampede Park’s Dream Home ticket sales! Here you will find the information you need to keep up to date on the upcoming 2025 Dream Home season.

NEW VOLUNTEERS
Our Volunteers are key to the Dream Home’s success. Without our Volunteers we wouldn’t be able to raise the funds needed to support our local charities. If you know someone looking to volunteer be sure to add them so they can receive valuable updates from the Committee.
The following video details how to succeed as a ticket seller. Share this with your volunteers to ensure they have a great experience.
New Volunteers – MUST be in our Volunteer Registry – Add them HERE, this will allow them to receive critical information and shift sign-up (Homebase) login information.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN UP
Shifts range in length from 5 hours to 8 hours. Rotarians are required to fill a total of 8 shifts, this includes the shifts covered by their Volunteers.
There are two main roles to sign up for: Ticket Sellers and Dream Home Hosts
Role Descriptions
Seller – Sell Stampede Lotteries tickets including the Dream Home, Kinsmen Million & Stampede Millions 50/50. We sell all the packages and receive money from all the different lotteries. The more we sell the more money we receive for our Charities!
Host – Dream Home Hosts are responsible for assisting people as they go through the house, helping answer people’s questions about the home and the lotteries.

EARLY BIRD DRAW / PRIZES Sign up for your shifts by Thursdsay May 15th 9pm and you will be automatically entered into a draw for some amazing prizes. One entry per shift! Winners will be announced at the Dream Home Kick Off Event on Thursday July 3rd.

ON PARK DETAILS
Where to Park
- Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation to & from the park
- Rotary operates a parking lot located at St. Mary’s School, which is conveniently located close to the grounds and another great way to support Rotary. Parking costs $20 per vehicle. CLICK HERE to locate this lot.
What to Wear
- We recommend dressing western but is not required – For a western-themed outfit consider jeans or shorts, a breathable shirt, sturdy cowboy boots, and layering options for the ever changing Calgary weather conditions. Don’t forget to top off your western look with a cowboy hat to complete your outfit. Dress in an appropriate manner as you represent the Rotary Club of Calgary at Stampede Park. If you have any questions about what’s suitable, feel free to reach out to your Rotarian.
Where to Go
- Enter the park through the Super Pass/Volunteer Entrance. Do not wait in the general admission line – this entrance grants you early access before the gates open to the public
- The Rotary Dream Home office is located in the McLean Room of the Big 4 Building
- Go downstairs and before you go through the glass doors at the bottom of the stairs you will find a single door to your left. There will be a security guard there, let them know you are with Rotary. They will let you in and we are in the McLean Room. Shift start times are when you should be at the Rotary Office.
Food and Drink
- We provide our Volunteers on park with food, snacks and beverages. If you have special dietary restrictions, feel free to bring your own food with you.
Start of Shift Activities
- Please be at the office by the START TIME of your shift. (If you are new and feel you may need some additional assistance feel free to show up earlier)
- Check in with the cashiers
- Get an apron and confirm your float
- Review the iPad instructional video and FAQs
- Help yourself to one of our lunchboxes, fill it with a sandwich of your choice, some cold drinks, chips and chocolate bar
- Head out to your booth & Have Fun!
- On Park Support – If you need anything during your shift the office phone number is on the back of your lanyard – we are here to assist you with any questions you may have
